Order Cancellation


All orders can be cancelled until they have been started processing. If your order is in ‘in processing’ state then it is no longer eligible for cancellation. 

But We keep our customers informed about their order status to avoid any gaps in communication.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or replacement for ordered products if: 

• You do not receive them within the estimated time (11 days not including public holidays) 

• If the product does not match with the description or does not look as it did in the images (Can Slight difference due to lighting are not considered. 

• You receive any product with specifications including size, color and more that do not match with your order. 

• You need to send the product back to us on your own within 24 hours of delivery and provide a copy of the courier slip. (courier charges are reimbursed accordingly) 

• You Receive a defective/damaged product (Must have Parcel Opening Video for replacement) 

• Please note that the decision to Refund or replace the product lies entirely with the seller. However, if the product does not match with the description given on the website or app, you are eligible for a refund. 


We do not issue refund/return in the following cases: 

• No unboxing video for the product has been recorded by the customer. 

• Your order delivery fails due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address, not receiving the product on delivery, etc ) 

• Your order is not delivered within the stipulated time due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. extreme weather conditions, Courier limitations, Government policies, etc ).
